Founder and director of Florida Sluggers Baseball and a former Major League infielder. He debuted with the St. Louis Cardinals in 1992 after starring at Florida State University, and played in the Cardinals, Expos, Rangers, Rockies, and Orioles organizations, winning the Taiwan Series with the Uni-President Lions. He later managed in the minor leagues with five organizations, and today brings that professional experience to developing Sluggers players on and off the field.

Head Baseball Coach at Wekiva High School with over 25 years of developing players. A hitting specialist who also trains infielders and catchers, he emphasizes strong fundamentals, discipline, and baseball IQ. He works with the Sluggers through the summer and fall and guides athletes through the recruiting process toward the college and professional levels.

A former professional player and a 2nd-round pick of the Texas Rangers in 1993. He played in the Rangers, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Minnesota Twins organizations (including Triple-A), as well as the Mexican League and the Puerto Rico Professional League. A Sluggers coach since 2019, he designs training programs, breaks down game film, and develops players with a strategic, results-driven approach.
